Contact
Email: [email protected]
We typically respond within a few business days. Include your platform (iPhone or Android), app version if you know it, and a short description of what happened. If you share diagnostic logs, remove anything you do not want to send.
Quick troubleshooting
- No incoming alert: check notification permission, Focus / Do Not Disturb and your internet connection. On Android, also check background or battery restrictions.
- No sound on a call: check mute, microphone permission, call volume and the selected speaker or headset on both phones.
- A message or photo is waiting: keep both phones online. Use Retry when a failure is shown; avoid repeatedly sending the same item.
- Save Photo fails: wait for the full photo to load, check free storage and the relevant photo permission.
Report abuse or a safety concern
Email [email protected] with a brief description and the approximate time, including your time zone. Share only evidence you choose to provide. Reports are reviewed by support; this is not an emergency service.
You can decline a call, stop responding or remove the contact. Do not assume deleting a contact erases copies held by the other person. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Common questions
- Is UnderRose available on the App Store / Google Play?
- Check the Download page for current availability on each platform. TestFlight and Play testing invitations are separate from public releases.
- How do I add someone?
- UnderRose is contacts-only. Add people you trust (for example by QR code or manual entry). There is no public directory of strangers. See How it works.
- Can you read my messages or listen to my calls?
- Calls and message content are end-to-end encrypted. Encrypted messages may be stored temporarily for delivery; this is not a permanent cloud archive. See our Privacy Policy.
- Do tips unlock features?
- No. Optional tips support development through Apple or Google billing. They never unlock chat, calls, or privacy features.
- How do I delete my data?
- Settings > Privacy > Delete all data removes local messages, chat photos and call history, while keeping contacts and your identity. See Data & Deletion for service-data requests and the limits of local deletion.
- Is UnderRose for emergencies?
- No. In an emergency, use your phone’s normal dialer and local emergency services.
